Are the products on EMPUROS legal?

Yes, all products in the EMPUROS marketplace are federally legal in the US. They are derived from hemp, which means they contain less than 0.3% THC and can ship nationwide.

We post their testing results on our website, so you know exactly what their products contain - without any guessing.



Why do 3rd party testing results matter?

Testing results help you verify the quality and ingredients of your purchase. Because of legal requirements, you want to be able to personally check for the level of THC and purity before you purchase or ingest any CBD. Brands featured on EMPUROS make their lab results available on our website for our customers viewing. Where does EMPUROS ship?

EMPUROS currently ships within the contiguous United States. Subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when we expand to new markets.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary based on product weights and shipping methods and are calculated upon checkout. Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more.

When will my order ship?

Once you purchase your order, we process it. All orders are shipped within 2 business days. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

If I order multiple products from multiple brands, can I expect them to deliver at the same time?

EMPUROS' product partners are responsible for shipping out the product to customers. Customers who place an order for multiple brands and products will receive a package from each brand. 

How can I check the status of my order?
