Full Spectrum Hemp Extract

Our Full Spectrum Hemp Oil Tincture is made with CO2 extracted full spectrum hemp extract containing over 80 naturally occurring phytocannabinoids (including CBD, CBG, CBN, THC & more), amino acids, vitamins, trace minerals, omegas and other phytonutrients.

Organic MCT Oil

Organic MCT Oil is concentrated with the medium-chain triglycerides, capric acid and caprylic acid. Medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) are easily digested and provide energy, support the metabolism and are burned by the body for energy and fuel. Made without chemicals, filler oils or additives, the Organic MCT Oil we use is a premium source of energy-boosting MCTs, or medium-chain triglycerides and is derived from only 100% organic coconuts.

Steam Distilled Essential Oils

All of the flavorings in our hemp oil tinctures come from steam distilled USDA certified organic essential oils that are never exposed to harmful solvents.

Dosing

Your ideal serving size depends on many factors including your size, weight, and other physiological considerations as well as the desired nutritional or other goals you are trying to achieve. Many people begin with a serving of 10 mg taken orally (swallowed or placed under the tongue for 60 seconds), one to three times a day. The serving size and frequency can be gradually increased or decreased, as desired, to achieve your goals. Shipping and Returns

Shipping

All orders are shipped out within 2 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $50, otherwise, shipping is calculated upon checkout.  You will receive emails confirming both the receipt and subsequent shipment of your order. We offer ground shipping and packages typically arrive 3-7 business days after the order has been placed. 

Multiple Brands

EMPUROS' product partners are responsible for shipping out the product to customers. Customers who place an order for multiple brands and products will receive a package from each brand.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for unopened products ordered directly through our website for up to 14 days after delivery. Shipping is non-refundable, except for damaged or otherwise compromised product because of manufacturing error.

To request a refund, email customersupport@empuros.com with your name, order number and reason for return. Refunds will be given on a case by case basis and are not guaranteed if products have been opened and/or used. Once we have received the returned item(s), please allow up to 7 days for refunds to show up on your bank statement. 

We do not currently accept exchanges.  

Damage Due to Freight or Shipping

All of our products are tested for quality, and shipments are carefully inspected before leaving the warehouse. However, should your order arrive damaged, all claims must be made within 48 hours to customersupport@empuros.com. Our team will require a full description of the damage to the product and may require supplemental photo evidence. Refunds and returns will be handled on a case by case basis as outlined in the above sections.
