Description

Suspended in an omega rich hemp seed oil carrier and enhanced with plant terpenes, this broad spectrum sublingual tincture offers an array of therapeutic benefits to your pet and is made with the highest quality hemp extract from Colorado (broad spectrum means it contains a range of different cannabinoids including CBN and CBD, but does not contain any THC).

How to Use

Squeeze drops directly into your pet’s mouth or add to their water, food, or treats. While the effects of CBD can kick in quickly, it also has long-term health benefits that can compound over time. Start with a low dose and wait to see how your pet responds before dosing up or down.

Dose

Small Pets (15lbs or less):
1/8-1/4 dropper full once or twice per day (or as needed).

Medium-Sized Pets (15-40lbs):
1/4-1/2 dropper full once or twice per day (or as needed).

Large-Sized Pets (40lbs+):
1/2-1 dropper full once or twice per day (or as needed).

Shipping and Returns

Shipping

All orders are shipped out within 2 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $50, otherwise, shipping is calculated upon checkout.  You will receive emails confirming both the receipt and subsequent shipment of your order. We offer ground shipping and packages typically arrive 3-7 business days after the order has been placed. 

Multiple Brands

EMPUROS' product partners are responsible for shipping out the product to customers. Customers who place an order for multiple brands and products will receive a package from each brand.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for unopened products ordered directly through our website for up to 14 days after delivery. Shipping is non-refundable, except for damaged or otherwise compromised product because of manufacturing error.

To request a refund, email customersupport@empuros.com with your name, order number and reason for return. Refunds will be given on a case by case basis and are not guaranteed if products have been opened and/or used. Once we have received the returned item(s), please allow up to 7 days for refunds to show up on your bank statement. 

We do not currently accept exchanges.  

Damage Due to Freight or Shipping

All of our products are tested for quality, and shipments are carefully inspected before leaving the warehouse. However, should your order arrive damaged, all claims must be made within 48 hours to customersupport@empuros.com. Our team will require a full description of the damage to the product and may require supplemental photo evidence. Refunds and returns will be handled on a case by case basis as outlined in the above sections.
