How to Use

Apply to freshly washed skin or as needed for spot treatment.

Organic Apricot Kernel Oil, Organic Rosehip Oil, Organic Sunflower Seed Oil, Organic Marula Seed Oil, Tocopherol, Cannabidiol.

We're a woman-owned and managed company, founded to deliver high quality CBD products using plant-based ingredients.

We use organic ingredients where possible, including botanical oils. We source our CBD from domestically grown and extracted hemp and test all products via third party labs for CBD potency and purity.

We use U.S. made materials where possible. We work with domestic manufacturers and suppliers, even though their costs are often significantly higher. We would rather sacrifice profit margin than impact U.S. jobs.

Our packaging is made from post-consumer waste and can be recycled and re-sourced after you recycle it. Pretty packages shouldn't require a sacrifice to our environment.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping

All orders are shipped out within 2 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $50, otherwise, shipping is calculated upon checkout.  You will receive emails confirming both the receipt and subsequent shipment of your order. We offer ground shipping and packages typically arrive 3-7 business days after the order has been placed. 

Multiple Brands

EMPUROS' product partners are responsible for shipping out the product to customers. Customers who place an order for multiple brands and products will receive a package from each brand.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for unopened products ordered directly through our website for up to 14 days after delivery. Shipping is non-refundable, except for damaged or otherwise compromised product because of manufacturing error.

To request a refund, email customersupport@empuros.com with your name, order number and reason for return. Refunds will be given on a case by case basis and are not guaranteed if products have been opened and/or used. Once we have received the returned item(s), please allow up to 7 days for refunds to show up on your bank statement. 

We do not currently accept exchanges.  

Damage Due to Freight or Shipping

All of our products are tested for quality, and shipments are carefully inspected before leaving the warehouse. However, should your order arrive damaged, all claims must be made within 48 hours to customersupport@empuros.com. Our team will require a full description of the damage to the product and may require supplemental photo evidence. Refunds and returns will be handled on a case by case basis as outlined in the above sections.
